Wearing Instructions
DAY 1 Wear 15 to 30 minutes. Remove for at least 3 hours. Repeat once. (Wear 2x/day)
DAY 2 Wear 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove for 3 hours. Repeat once. (Wear 2x/day)
DAY 3 Wear 1 1/2 hours - 2 hours. Remove for 3 hours. Repeat once. (Wear 2x/day)
DAY 4 Wear 2-3 hours. Remove for 3 hours. Repeat once. (Wear 2x/day)
DAY 5 Increase wearing time by 1-2 hours daily until you are wearing them all day.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a workout regimen for your arches. Please be patient. Break in times vary depending on the individual. Complete comfort may take between 3 - 6 weeks or longer. You may need to adjust wearing time if you have high arches or flat feet.
Lifetime Warranty
TruShot Levelers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Due to the nature of our manufacturing processes, TruShot cannot warranty against heat and/or abrasion. (Do not leave your TruShot Levelers in the sun or in a hot car). If your levelers should break or crack within the lifetime of the product, please email us for the return address and Return Authorization Number. The lifetime of medical grade polyethylene used in TruShot Levelers is 10 years. Please note that the practical lifespan of TruShot Levelers is much longer than 10 years. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, discoloration, loss of flexion (flattening of product), damage caused by animals, or any other issues arising from neglect. If after 8 weeks of wearing your TruShot Levelers daily, the metatarsal pressure (golf ball feeling) is extremely uncomfortable (very rare), please email us for a simple refit or wearing adjustment. Due to the medical nature of TruShot Levelers, No Refunds can be issued. Only exchanges can be made within 90 days of the purchase date, if deemed necessary by TruShot LLC.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY.
